validator complains about </form> tag not opened

Hello,

the validator complains about every side of www.dipankara.de, such as

www.dipankara.de/home/index.php

because of a <form> tag in our footer. It says

'end tag for element "FORM" which is not open'

although it is, as far as I can see. Can you please give me a hint what 
I'm doing wrong?

P.S. I'm  not on the list, can you please cc the replies to me?
