[VE][127] New Error Message Suggestion

It would really be nice to be able to turn this off, or if it worked 
like so many other messages that it ONLY FLAGGED THE FIRST OCCURRANCE of 
" required attribute "ALT" not specified"   Today, I have a page with 
dozens of gif bullets, which I don't think need alt attributes, but 
validator flags every one!
