Misleading header on validator.w3.org

Heya,

validator.w3.org says:

| Welcome to the W3C Markup Validation Service; a free service that
| checks documents like HTML and XHTML for conformance to W3C
| Recommendations and other standards.

However, this appears to be incorrect. It only checks for syntactic
validity, not for conformance.

Any chance this could be corrected? As it stands it is misleading, since
people will think that it checks for complete conformance when it doesn't.

Cheers,
