Dear Validators, I just want to say how impressed I am with your first class Service to us lowly would-be-Webmasters! When I decided to start my own Site, I didn't even know what an HTML Tag was! And I soon discovered that JavaScript must surely be an invention of the Devil! I just thank heavens above that I discovered the world's best Browser, Opera! When I started, it was Opera 5.12, now it's the magnificent Opera 7.5. Worthy of a starring role at La Scala! Unfortunately, I didn't get clued into Validation until a few weeks ago. I used DOS to count the number of HTML Docs in the Site. A mere 2,652, that's all. And every single one is WRONG! Another couple of years and I should be finished correcting and validating! The silly thing, of course, is that all my pages worked just fine. thank you, so I never suspected that anything was wrong! The main errors were failing to close CENTER's and B's, etc, but I didn't have to because my CSS made it unnecessary. Also, I had used ALIGN='MIDDLE' in TD's instead of CENTER. But it worked! I think I may claim a record. My home page only had 165 errors, but my Site Map had 950! Is that a record, do you know? (Thank the Lord for Microsoft's best work - Wordpad - and its "Find and Replace" feature!) My Site is http://my-world-of-beauty.net, by the way. I just finished the "Soviet Military Aircraft Section". That one took me over a week! (Thank God for Templates!) Thanks again, guys and gals, Jim Delaplante Sliven, Bulgaria.
