web page link error

i think there is an error on the web page listing the perl mods necessary to 
install validator locally.

this page:

   http://validator.w3.org/source/

shows the link for this:

   *  URI

as this:

   http://search.cpan.org/dist/Text-Iconv/

and i think it should be this:

   http://search.cpan.org/dist/URI/
