Validator installed but redirects to....

http://foo.example.com/cgi-bin/tester

I think I have everything setup correctly. Any ideas as to where this 
might be coming from??

Environment: Mac OS X 10.3.2, OpenSP installed, along with all the 
required Perl Modules. Also edited the conf files and have the latest 
validator via CVS.

Help.....
