[VE][344] New Error Message Suggestion

In the first line of the html document I put this line: !DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.<0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd">
And I put in in all of the frame pages. I checked and checked for hours, but everytime I visit your validation site it says there is no doctype. It drives me real mad.
I don't no what to do :( can you help me with it?
