i take the opportunity to ask why do traling slashes in <head> context
make exceptions with validator? in w3schools examples the <meta> tag
shown like <meta con... /> and also link is shown as <link .. /> but
with my html it's just not working either using 4.x w/ any types
(strict, transitional..)
