Following the examples in the official xhtml-paper of W3C I tried a simple xhtml2 text for validating. I got the following messages: /Line 4, column 45/: value of fixed attribute "xmlns" not equal to default |<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2002/06/xhtml2*" *| /Line 6, column 16/: there is no attribute "xmlns:xsi" | xmlns:xsi=*"*http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" | 1. /Line 7, column 25/: there is no attribute "xsi:schemaLocation" | xsi:schemaLocation=*"*http://www.w3.org/2002/06/xhtml2 TBD"| ? <mailto:www-validator@w3.org?Subject=%5BVE%5D%5B108%5D%20Error%20Message%20Feedback> 2. /Line 15, column 12/: element "separator" undefined |<separator /*>*| ......... I think that www-validator is not yet able to validate xhtml2. Is this true? (I use your validator extenively for xhtml1, it works very good and the hints it gives are constructive.) Kind regards V.
