i hope this isn't off topic for this list.

these modular dtds are very hard to read..
do you know of a tool that will parse it, and do all the includes, and then 
tell me what's available on a tag..

eg, I'd like to use the marquee tag, and it's in the dtd somewhere, but with 
all the includes my poor brain runs out of stack space trying to find it.
is there something that will parse the dts and tell me what parameters i can 
put inside a marquee tag?
