DOCTYPE Override in effect!

I actually have a "DOCTYPE Override in effect!" from the XHTML 1.0 
Transitonal, checking the url http://www.free-os.it/prova/index.php
But the replaced doctype is exactly the same I put in!
Can someone explain me way? :(
