I didn't assume it would try to parse pdf. What it is complaining about is the
existence in an HTML document of a link to
http://www.unicode.org/versions/Unicode4.0.0/ch03.pdf#G33992>http://www.unicode.org/versions/Unicode4.0.0/ch03.pdf#G33992,
which is legal (or at least Adobe thinks so, since they implement it!).
