Let me remind, since it seems to be necessary, that posting to this 
list (and other lists at W3C) is regulated by a certain number of 
policies, including the following:
* Posting of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE), or "spam" is strictly 
forbidden *

Abuse of these policies, which posters accept when going through the 
archive approval process, result in being banned from discussion on 
w3.org forums, and possibly legal actions.

There have been too many of this kind of abuse on this list in the past 
couple of months, for which I apologize to regular users... Appropriate 
and severe action is being taken.
