Documents all validate with one exception. Documents using forms get an 
error when the word 'checked' is used in the input statement (no quotes 
around word in HTML code). Reasons state something about "name and VL 
delimiters" and need SHORTTAG YES. Document validates when checked is 
removed, but then, of course, there is not a prechecked button for the user.
