Latin-9 don't supported from the Validator from Alessandro Riolo on 2003-10-14 (www-validator@w3.org from October 2003)

Dear sirs,
I've tryed to use the Validator to validate pages with "Latin-9" as charset,
but it doesn't recognize that. Even if I choose "iso-8859-15", also if so it
accept to try the validation, it shows error for each Euro (€) symbol.
Is there any thing to do?
