Validation

Hello, I have been looking at my html document trying to figure out why
it won't 
validate and am stuck.  Most of my errors are saying stuff is not
allowed like <p> and <h3> or my <li> needs a <ul> which they do.  There
are 53 errors and since I have used p's and many lists, this is the bulk
of my errors.  Can you please help me.
