inaccuracies in validator

Hi,

When I check valid page, validator return page with this code for inserting on 
my page:

<p><a href="http://validator.w3.org/check/referer"><img border="0"
          src="http://validator.w3.org/images/v15445"
          alt="Valid ISO-HTML!"></a></p>  

but http://validator.w3.org/check/referer link to error page. Most begining 
authors automatically copy/paste the text to the source with this error.

Next, I think, this code should conform to appropriate DTD. But in case ISO/IEC 
15445:2000 atribute border can't be used in IMG tag.
