Need help with Image Alignment

Hi,

I need to align an image in a table "absmiddle" because there is also text
right next to it. The problem I am having is that it won't validate with
absmiddle. Is there a way to define absmiddle maybe in a css or something
for the image?

If so, how can I do that, or where can I find info on it.
