Hi.. You can test your doc straight from your computer..

For HTML ~ where it says "Local File", click the "Browse" button and look on 
your hard drive for the file you wish to validate..

For CSS ~ Down where it says "W3C CSS Validation Service" (a little bit down 
the page), click the 3rd option ("by upload") where it says "Validate your 
cascading style sheet source file by upload". When the new window opens, 
click the "Browse" button and again search your hard drive for whatever file 
you choose to validate.
