Link in validator reference needs updating from James Neeland on 2002-08-25 (www-validator@w3.org from August 2002)

After doing a HTML3.2 validation, you show some HTML that could be used
to show the validation, specifically:
   <p>
     <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check/referer"><img border="0"
         src="http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-html32"
         alt="Valid HTML 3.2!" height="31" width="88"></a>
   </p>

This no longer passes your link check :-(  -- the URL is now redirected 
to:    http://validator.w3.org/  (There's no longer a check/referer).
