Ancher address in logo for validated page and link checker

Hi,

Running the link checker I was surprised to find a warning that the
vallidation code

    <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check/referer"><img border="0"
        src="http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-html401"
        alt="Valid HTML 4.01!" height="31" width="88"></a>
  </p>

Produces a (warning) error in the link checker.

I appears that the href should be http://validator.w3.org/
