XHTML 1.0 Transitional does not accept "justify" ?!?

hi,

when i look your home-pages :
    xhtml, should be a mix between html4 and xml.
i f i look at html4 transitional : "justify" should be allowed.

but your validor refuses it.
is it normal ?
