Error on Validation Page

Gerald,

When I validated my page and it showed with no errors, the html code to cut
and paste to show the page validated has an error.

The file extension for the line:

src="http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-html401" 

is missing the gif extension. Also, because of the same problem the 401 gif
does not show on the validated page and the W3C image does not show either.
The reference doesn't point to a file. It is only a URL.
