Image not available for HTML 4.01 Strict?

I just got a page that validates as HTML 4.01 Strict, but I get the
following message:

 Congratulations, this document validates as the document type
specified! (I don't have an icon for this one yet, sorry.)

Shouldn't the icon be the same that the one for HTML 4.01 Transitional?

PS: I'm not subscribed to the list.
