Small anomaly on the validator: content-encoding

Hello,

Using the validator from Amaya, I noticed the W3C server used for the validator
apparently does not return the document encoding for the validator page at
http://validator.w3.org/ (and some others, too), which the W3C's Amaya browser spots
as an warning, suggesting to set it to ISO-8859-1. The validator itself also notes
this when submitting the page to itself. "Character encoding: unknown".
