Re: [Moderator Action] W3C html 4.01 logo transparency

This has been mentioned many times before, but no one from the W3 seems to care
to fix it. It's a simple fix... I don't know why it's taking them so long to do
anything about it.

Subject: [Moderator Action] W3C html 4.01 logo transparency

The 4.01 images fails to set the rightmost white block as transparent,
as illustrated by this piece of html:

        <html>
        <body bgcolor="black">
        <p><img src="http://validator.w3.org/images/vh401.gif">
        <p><img src="http://validator.w3.org/images/vh401.png">
        <p><img src="http://validator.w3.org/images/vh40.gif">
        <p><img src="http://validator.w3.org/images/vh40.png">
        </body>
        </html>

Looks silly on anything but a white background.

(I'm not on the list.)
