ISO-HTML in SGML catalogue from Kjetil Kjernsmo on 1999-10-24 (www-validator@w3.org from October 1999)

Dear all,

Following a discussion on the www-html-list, I tried to validate one of my
pages starting with a
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "ISO/IEC 15445:1999//DTD HTML//EN">
but apparently, it wasn't in the SGML catalogue of the validator. Thought
it might be a good idea to add it?
