Try to validate

www.premier-ministre.gouv.fr

the validator starts an infinite loop and says

Error at line 7:
(truncated) (truncated)

                                     Non SGML character number 0


I know that this site contains poorly written HTML, but I'm sure someone
will be glad to fix it.
