Validation Problems

     I am trying to use the HTML Validator at http://validator.w3.org/
but I am having a problem with it.  When I specify the URL as
"http://andy.iso.ksu.edu/~Testing/ISO/Support.htm", it tries to use
"http://andy.iso.ksu.edu/~Testing/ISO/Support.htm:80" instead.  My web
server will work if I use
"http://andy.iso.ksu.edu:80/~Testing/ISO/Support.htm" but not if I put
the port at the end.  I have used this site to validate a lot of pages
already, with no problems, so I'm not sure what is going on.
