It would have been helpful to provide the error you were getting (and
probably the URL of the page), but luckily I do see the problem.  You
need to change the "&" to "&amp;".  This will cause some problems in a
few very old browsers, but will prevent problems in a few newer ones.

This type of question is probably better asked and answered in the
newsgroup comp.infosystems.www.authoring.html .
