I have updated the spec to allow role=menuitem on <li> as I believe it was an
oversight that it was not listed as both menuitemcheckbox and
menuitemradiobutton are allowed. I looked back at history of bugs /issues
related to aria integration and could not find any discussion of it. when you
get time can you modify the conformance rule to allow <li role="menuitem">
