yet I get this error still

Bad value skype_toolbar for attribute name on element meta: Keyword
skype_toolbar is not registered. 

for

<meta name="SKYPE_TOOLBAR" content="SKYPE_TOOLBAR_PARSER_COMPATIBLE" />

whether like that or all lower case


Oh, and for the OS select above... windows vista/7/8 are not listed
