Update of /sources/public/validator/htdocs/config In directory hutz:/tmp/cvs-serv12235/htdocs/config Modified Files: validator.conf Removed Files: attref.cfg eref.cfg Log Message: Remove fuzzy matching/"Did you mean ..." implementation due to too many incorrect suggestions emitted. We'd need to be aware of which attributes and/or elements are valid in the checked document in the particular position; flat lists of all HTML elements and attributes results in too many false positives. String::Approx usage would have probably needed some work as well, or perhaps it wasn't the best choice for the task to begin with. --- eref.cfg DELETED --- Index: validator.conf =================================================================== RCS file: /sources/public/validator/htdocs/config/validator.conf,v retrieving revision 1.36 retrieving revision 1.37 diff -u -d -r1.36 -r1.37 --- validator.conf 13 Sep 2009 19:29:24 -0000 1.36 +++ validator.conf 16 Sep 2009 19:15:19 -0000 1.37 @@ -88,19 +88,6 @@ # # -# Maps element names to URLs. -<Elements> - Include eref.cfg -</Elements> - -# -# Maps attribute names -<Attributes> - Include attref.cfg -</Attributes> - - -# # Main document Type Registry; contains all information on the types # of documents we support and how they are processed. <Types> --- attref.cfg DELETED ---
