Connectivity for the Jigsaw CSS Validation service for the past 3 - 4 days has
been intermittent or completely non existent. Our ISP connections are from the
United Kingdom. But we are testing validation on our servers that are located
in the United States on the Eastern Seaboard and from Germany.
