If you validate the url you get  several XML errors like this:

XML Parsing Error: attributes construct error.

Other Validators says - the page is Ok.

I mean tidy and the HTML Validator 0.8.4.0 with sglm parsing.

Cynthia says it is a valid WCAG Priority 1,2,3 Document.
