Reported on a spanish CSS mailing-list and forwarded to me by Fernando:

«All other localized versions are displaying fine in
IE.

The problem is that nothing but a white screen is
displayed in the browser. The source code is loaded as
I can see using the View Source Code option and the
browser's title bar shows the TITLE element's content:
"El Servicio de Validación de CSS del W3C". But the
page itself only shows a blank page.»
