[Bug 4756] Verbose Output checkbox for Validate by URI does not get passed on

If you select Verbose Output in More Options from the main page for a Validate
by URI validation, the Verbose Output flag is not set and you will not get
Verbose Output on the check page.  But if you do check Verbose Output on the
check page and then click Revalidate, it correctly shows Verbose Output.  I
tested this in IE6 and Firefox on Windows 2000 and in Firefox on FreeBSD.  Same
results either way.
