This system is used exclusively for tracking bugs in the validator and other
tools, and we can't help you fix your site here.
Dreamweaver forums or other forums/lists mentioned in
http://validator.w3.org/feedback.html#needhelp
would be more appropriate venues for your questions.
Be aware that no tool can perfectly fix broken markup for you, but you may find
HTML tidy useful:
