[Bug 4959] screen reader reads contents of entire form

I am unsure what the issue is here. I would expect that being able to access
all the form controls (which are properly labeled) would be a feature, not a
bug.

Understood. Would you have a suggestion to make for a better behavior, or a

We are planning to upgrade our instance of bugzilla to the latest release,
hopefully form labeling will be better.
I see there is also current work on improving the forms in bugzilla, so there
is hope:

In any case, issues with bugzilla are better reported to bugzilla development
team rather than here.
