Currently, when I use http://validator.w3.org/ to validate
http://troels.arvin.dk/db/rdbms/ I get this strange error message:

   1. Error Line 00, Column 3: 00'. Such values yield warnings.

As far as I know, the validator normally counts the first line as line 1. And
until quite recently, the validator didn't have any such complaints about the
page.

I believe that this is a false error.
