Cosmetic: about.html hardcodes "this service uses Debian" and contains a
powered by Debian logo, which is suboptimal wrt. local installations which may
have nothing to do with Debian... see eg. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/206617

Perhaps remove references to Debian or make it more clear that the
www.validator.org service, not "this service" uses Debian.
