The Validator would then recommend to use http://www.squish.net/dnscheck/ to 
see what's wrong. Doing that I get the following results:

25.0% of queries will end in failure at 70.86.252.176 (ns2.awardspace.com) - 
connection refused

25.0% of queries will end in failure at 70.86.228.164 (ns4.awardspace.com) - 
connection refused

You'll have to contact awardspace.com to resolve this problem then.
