[Bug 1525] New: XML is Validated by XHTML Validator, but Invalid by CSS Validator

I have validate my site by http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=referer, and the
result is Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!
But when checked by http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check/referer, it is say:
Please, validate your XML document first!
