Hi Jonathan, I'm marking this invalid as we currently don't claim to do 
anything but DTD validation and the document is not valid XML as the DTD does 
not declare the xmlns:xhtml attribute. We will address this later when 
improving our overall validation system to support more than dumb DTD 
validation. Thanks for your report.
