SOAP validator service not responding

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right address to send issues to so sorry if this is the wrong place.

We've been using the API to validate css for many years. The API endpoint has started timing out and hasn't worked properly for a few days. Is this service being removed? It seems to work direct in the browser but not when called via code. This is having a big impact on our clients.
