Bug Report?

I have a problem with this 1 rule:

 .button:disabled, .download:disabled
 {
  background: #99C2FF;
  color: #000000;
  pointer-events: none;
 }

When I copy and paste the CSS into 'By direct input' I get no errors
reported.
Once the CSS is uploaded to my website I test 'By URI' and I get 1 error
reported, ' Property pointer-events doesn't exist : none'.
The actual CSS does indeed seem to work correctly.  Which report is
correct?  Is there an error or not?
