CSS Validation issues

Good morning.

 

I've been previewing a product named Artisteer (www.artisteer.com) that
creates some very nice looking web templates.

 

Sites created with this product fail to validate, particularly in relation
to the use of HTML5 gradient backgrounds.  Here is an example:

 

www.midwaypartscda.com/style.css

 

Is there a standard associated with these CSS calls in regard to defining
these gradients?
