W3C CSS Validator - error report recommendation

See the two attached screen captures for details.

The CSS error response generated for users who attempt to validate a local file rather than a remote file (http site) using the icon and code snippet provided by W3C CSS Validator is not consistent with the HTML error message for the same event.

For consistency and obvious clarity, I recommend the error message used by the CSS validator be updated to generate a similar message as the HTML Validator in the same circumstance.
