CSS3 Validator Error ?

I believe the attached dump of the CSS3 Validator indicates an error in 
the coding of the validator.
The error occurs with any use of list-style-type: circle or 
list-style-type: square
- both of which are valid and produce the correct output on Firefox17 
and IE9.

I hope this is a valid error report for investigation.
