Why Does CSS Validator Not Recognize Company CSS Types

Hi, I Have a Blog, that uses WooThemes (WordPress)
i ran a check, and it said i have 112 Errors and 637 Warnings (CSS2.1)
and 100 Errors & 642 Warnings (CSS3), Why the validator not recognize 
the errors and Warnings as part of the theme?
